Bad game on Fallujah. Outlaws on insurgent side vs rest of Ducks + KSK, etc on USMC. I expected more team solidarity, especially given how outgunned insurgents are in 1.0.
I agree we should have balanced, but:
1.) We have been on the server before you guys. We've played Qwai and lost the round on PLA side.
2.) You never came to my channel and talked to me about balancing - till the point you came in I wasn't aware of the unbalance (busy with my squad)
I was sucked into the tactical situation so I did not become aware of the imbalance until I realised our team was getting screwed over a barrel on every single cache -
few clans on INS, US team stacking, US spawnkilling at caches&hideouts and of course the usual: nerfed INS weapons&kits in 1.0.
Now the reason I became pissed-off is because I expect at least 3dAC officers to be aware of the existing imbalance between INS and conventional forces, and to disregard that factor will exclude the possibility of a balanced game. If we do that, we are no different than any of the other clans who stats-whore and play to win at all and any cost.

3.) We've played 4 rounds against ODS with something you can not really call a team, so it was the first round with my squad having a positive KDR.
I was under the impression that we all agree the game is not about getting a good (or even positive) K : D. Especially on INS maps the K : D by itself is not a reliable indicator of a balanced game.

But I agree if we play INS we should stick to one side.
Solidarity does not mean we must always have all Ducks on one side. It means we should spread our members over the teams so it leads to a balanced game, not a killfest for one side.
Next time I will pay more attention and will try to fix such a situation a bit earlier. I expect that other SLs and 3dAC officers will do the same.
