Actually saw it some week ago by chance. Missed the first 15 mins or so. I expected some normal war film so I was quite surprised when it started to take unnatural turns. I was positively surprised maybe because I had no expectations.

Yeah I watched most of it but skipped quite many of the drama scenes. The plot twist was a bit unexpected but fitted very well with the "this fucken country is cursed by god" theme. The sense of dread on the part of the audience is well built up but the ending is ... meh. More "the truth is out there" shit.

Yeah they could have wrapped it up a bit better (or at least try to do it).
