Great few games tonight on Karbala, then sucked a bit of Op Marlin.
But great game on Falluja West, sadly didn't finish. :-(

Anyway thanks for the good night!

Bellis!!

I had fun this evening :D

Getting used to the lack of names, the new sounds and the player numbers.

We will get there!

Some good games yesterday. I think we are getting used to the fireteams, I'm enjoying it very well compared to the first games that we tried.

Only problem that I noticed so far is 2nd fireteam has to use local mumble all the time to keep general comms clear and that causes some communication issues inside the fireteam. TS fireteam channels could be used more often in my opinion to see how that works out.

Good point Fanda!

Even for public games, we should try to use TS FT-channels more often just to get used to it more, etc.

Fanda, the only time I have found fireteams to be effective is when we split up comms and operate as two separate squads with SL1 acting more as a PL. I have run into too many difficulties while fireteam leading and the overbearing comms on squad chat because we can't split since we have pubbies playing with us who aren't in our TS.

GG Outlaws and Brooklyn on Basra this evening.

We pushed those Brits back, made out Emirate and generally did some damage :P

Good work with the techies, I destroyed more vehicles than we lost. Finally even when were split into smaller cells the comms were still pretty tight.

GG maddafakas :D

Yes! I was amazed that the insurgents had such success. I had zero comms with other SLs, of course... but it looked like there was some group signalling going on anyway, so that turned out OK in terms of strategic movement.

In real life of course insurgents would not have good comms, and would not even be aware of where everyone is on the map... so the "simple local rules" approach would be followed (google "game of life" if you have the time) and the outcome would be pretty much like we experienced.

Well done to all in my squad; you guys showed you are tight as a duck's ass, patient like a sloth, and persistent like an angry honey badger.

Good match on Beirut today with Curry and some others. Great teamwork and comms. Nice squad leading, very constructive.
